Virtual Showroom

Under the rules of the current 'Lockdown' in England, our showroom must be closed to visitors. However, we are allowed to operate a virtual showroom and continue to sell cars.

To this end, full descriptions and plenty of photos can be found on our website for all our cars. We will also be adding videos of the cars to our website, and are happy to provide as much additional information as you would like by phone or by email.

If for any car you would like additional photos, a personalised video concentrating on particular areas, or a walkaround video call via Zoom, then just let us know. Our aim is to provide all the information you need to make an informed decision from a distance as to whether one of our cars is 'right' for you.

If you decide you'd like to buy one of our cars, then we're allowed to offer 2 different services.  These are:

'CLICK AND COLLECT'

We require a £500 deposit to reserve a car. It will then be put through our workshop for final inspection and service and a new MOT (if applicable).

We then ask that the car is collected from our premises within 2 weeks of the deposit being placed.

Full balance of payment is required on or before collection, but should the car be not what you expected when you see it for the first time (you can also take it for a short test drive) then we will offer a full refund of all money paid.

The car will be available for collection from our Workshop Service area, it will have been fully cleaned and sanitised, and we will do a socially distanced handover.

As the handover and demonstration of controls, will be briefer than our 'normal' handover, we will also have supporting videos to help out, e.g. a demonstration of how to put up and lower a hood. And of course, we'll be happy to follow up with phone or email conversations on any areas you're subsequently not sure on.

'CLICK AND DELIVER'

We require a £500 deposit to reserve a car. It will then be put through our workshop for final inspection and service and a new MOT (if applicable).

We will arrange to deliver the car to you within 2 weeks of the deposit being placed.

For the delivery, we will contribute 50% of the cost of delivery, or £250, whichever is less. Deliveries are carried out by covered transporter by a specialist transport company who know us and our type of cars very well.

Full balance of payment is required before delivery, but should the car be not what you expected when you see it for the first time (you can also take it for a short test drive) then we will offer a full refund of all money paid with the exception of the delivery charge.

Once you have taken delivery of the car, then we can talk you through by phone, email or video call via Zoom, anything you'd like to know about the car and how to use and enjoy it. Not quite as good as one of our normal, face to face handovers, but we don't think you'll be too disappointed with what we can do from a distance!

We will also have supporting videos to help out with some of the potentially trickier areas, e.g. how to quickly and correctly put up or take down a hood.
