Covid-19 Procedures

We are adhering to all rules relating to the current Covid-19 restrictions in England.  As of Monday 12th April, this means all areas of our business - Showroom, Workshop, Trimshop and Parts - are fully open for business.

We are following all the appropriate government guidelines to ensure we are properly looking after the health and safety of our customers and staff.  A summary of how the different areas of our dealership are currently operating is as follows:

Workshop and Trimshop

These are fully operational and working as normal for routine servicing, repairs, MOTs, upgrades and restoration work.

We will sanitise any vehicles before working on them; use protective coverings on seats, steering wheels and other areas as appropriate; and clean and sanitise/disinfect all vehicles and keys, before handing them back to their owners.

All work is carried out on an appointment basis to ensure we can manage the numbers of visitors to our dealership.  On arrival, we ask visitors to wear a face mask and maintain 2 metre social distancing.  Hand sanitiser is available, as are disposable face masks if you forget to bring your own.  We ask that payments are made by card or bank transfer.

Due to a lack of space and the need to follow social distancing rules, we are only able to allow 1 person, or a couple from the same household, to wait in our showroom (customer waiting area) whilst their vehicle is being worked on.

Showroom

Our showroom is open, but we do ask that wherever possible, people make an appointment before visiting our showroom. This will then enable us to manage the number of visitors on-site at any point and so help ensure that proper social distancing rules can be applied.

Test drives are conducted on an appointment basis, and these will be done in a 2 car convey.  One of our team will drive the lead vehicle and set the route and the pace, and the second vehicle will be the one being test driven.

Cars are sanitised before any test drive and also cleaned and sanitised after a test drive, or after someone has sat in a car in the showroom.

Parts

Our Parts Department is able to supply parts by mail order or to walk-in visitors.
